Terms of Service
By placing an order with Weekly Styles, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and clear. If anything's unclear, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Who we are
Weekly Styles (also "Weekly Innovations") is a locally-produced independent clothing brand based in South Africa. We make limited weekly drops of custom merch — tees, hoodies, sweaters, headwear — printed and finished in studio. Every order is made-to-order; nothing is mass-produced.
Placing an order
You configure your piece using our build tool, then send the order to us via WhatsApp. The order isn't final until we confirm it back to you. We typically reply within an hour during business hours.
- If a fabric or print combination isn't possible, we'll tell you and offer alternatives.
- If we're at capacity for the week, we'll add you to next week's run with your consent.
- Once we confirm, we lock the fabric and start production. After that point the order can't be modified.
Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and shown inclusive of VAT. Prices may change between drops; the price you saw at order time is what you pay.
Payment
We're cash on delivery. You pay our courier when your order arrives, in full. We don't take pre-payment, EFT, or card during this prototype phase. Larger orders (5+ pieces) may require a deposit — we'll arrange that on WhatsApp.
Limited weekly runs
We cap each weekly drop at 50 pieces total. If a build can't be made this week, we'll roll it into the next week's run with your sign-off, or refund any deposit if applicable.
Intellectual property
All Weekly Styles logos, marks, and designs remain ours. You're buying a finished garment, not the rights to the design. Don't replicate or resell our prints. We reserve the right to refuse orders we judge to be in bad faith.
Privacy Policy
We respect your data and only collect what we need to deliver your order. This policy is informed by South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- Order details: what you built, the price, and a build ID
- Contact info: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address
- Optional notes: anything you tell us about delivery preferences
How we use it
We use this information for one thing: getting your order to you. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm, schedule delivery, and follow up. Your details aren't shared with third parties except our courier — and even they only get the address and your phone number.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 12 months for accounting and warranty purposes. After that we anonymise or delete them. Your contact details aren't added to any marketing list unless you explicitly opt in.
Your rights under POPIA
You can request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@weeklystyles.co.za with the subject "POPIA request" and we'll respond within 7 working days.
Cookies & tracking
The build tool runs entirely in your browser and doesn't set cookies or track you. Your build configuration is encoded in the URL only when you order — we don't store browsing data on a server.
Refunds & Returns
Because every piece is made-to-order — your fabric, your print, your size — we generally can't accept returns. We're a small team and excess inventory hurts us. Please choose carefully and ask questions before ordering.
What we will replace
- Manufacturing defects: stitching fails, print peels in the first 30 days, sizing noticeably off-spec
- Wrong item delivered: if we mess up the colour, print, size, or garment type vs your confirmed order
- Damaged in transit: if the courier hands it over damaged (photograph it before signing)
What we won't replace
- Change of mind on colour or design once we've confirmed
- Fit issues if you ordered outside our published size guide (size guide is on each garment page; ask if unsure)
- Wear and tear after the first 30 days
How to claim
WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your build number (W19—XXX). We'll review it within 48 hours and either replace the piece in the next weekly run, or — if we can't replace it — refund you in full via EFT.
Delivery
We deliver via local courier. Right now we serve Gauteng — Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, the Vaal — and surrounds. Outside Gauteng we can still ship; ask us for a quote.
How long it takes
- Order by Sunday 23:59 → ships in this week's run, delivered Wed–Fri
- Order Mon–Sun → ships in next week's run, delivered following Wed–Fri
- Outside CT → 5–10 working days via courier; we'll quote on confirmation
Delivery fee
A flat courier fee of R80 covers most Gauteng metro addresses. Further-out suburbs or outlying areas may add R20–R70 depending on distance, confirmed at checkout.
Cash on delivery, properly
Have the exact amount ready in cash. Our courier will WhatsApp you when they're on the way. If you're not home at the agreed time, we'll reattempt once free — after that, additional attempts are R50 each.
If we can't reach you
If you don't respond to scheduling messages within 14 days of order confirmation, we'll cancel the order and refund any deposit. Made-to-order garments without a deposit will be donated to a local outreach we work with.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute that can't be resolved over a coffee will be referred to the courts of Gauteng.
